Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Uso & Co Barber, you agree to our terms below. Cancellations and Rescheduling: • Cancellations within 3 Days: If you cancel more than 24 hours but within 3 days of your appointment, a 50% fee of the total service cost will be charged. • Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost. • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. • Rescheduling: Rescheduling should be done at least 72 hours in advance to avoid fees. Changes within 24 hours are subject to availability. • Exceptional Circumstances: Cancellations due to emergencies or illness will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived at our discretion. Late Arrivals: • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled. In case of cancellation due to lateness, the full service cost will apply. Deposits: • A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be applied to your final bill. If a cancellation occurs within the 3-day window or within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds: • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals. Refunds for cancellations outside the 3-day window will be processed within 7 business days. Force Majeure: • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters). In such cases, clients will be notified, and deposits will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment. Health and Safety: • If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellations due to illness within 24 hours may be waived at our discretion. Right to Refuse Service: • We reserve the right to refuse service to disruptive clients. Cancellation fees may still apply. Gift Vouchers and Promotions: • Gift vouchers cannot be used for cancellation fees and will be forfeited if cancellations are made within 24 hours. Policy Modifications: • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
